Sober Solutions Nashville was founded by men in recovery, for men in recovery. Our founders have lived the journey and built a program rooted in community, structure, and genuine care.
Our Story
Sober Solutions Nashville was established in 2005 with a simple mission: provide men in recovery with a safe, structured, and supportive place to rebuild their lives. Our founders — themselves in long-term recovery — understood that the transition from treatment to independent living is one of the most vulnerable times in a person's recovery journey.
Over the past 20 years, we have helped hundreds of men in Nashville find their footing in sobriety. We are proud to be NARR and TNARR certified, reflecting our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in recovery housing.
We believe recovery is possible for everyone. Our community-based approach — built on peer support, daily structure, and a spiritual foundation — has proven time and again to be the bridge men need between treatment and lasting independence.

I grew up in Nashville and Sober Solutions has been one of the great privileges of my life. I have been living sober and free from addiction since 2003. I struggled for over 10 years before finally surrendering and becoming actively involved in my recovery program. Through my work and sobriety, I have the opportunity to give back what was so freely given to me.

I am a Nashville native and have been sober since April 2008. I am married with two daughters. I love that I get to share this recovery journey with my husband and help others who are still suffering. I am grateful for the beautiful life I have today because of sobriety. Hope and an amazing future are possible — one day at a time.

Sober Solutions Nashville is certified by NARR (National Alliance for Recovery Residences) and TNARR (Tennessee Alliance for Recovery Residences). These certifications ensure our homes meet rigorous standards for safety, structure, and resident support.
